The Crystal Cove Community is located in the heart of Deland,
Florida. Deland is a 20-minute drive from downtown Daytona Beach
and is located in Volusia County. We enjoy the warmth and intimacy
of small town living with the convenience of a large metropolis
near by. Crystal Cove is conveniently located 30 miles northwest
of Orlando Florida (Vacation Capital Of The World and Home of
the most famous Mouse)
Volusia County and Deland is home to a variety of surrounding
family communities such as Victoria Park, The Enclave, and
TBA. Deland is currently under construction with the development
of new road expansions and many different community projects on
the table. These different areas will have new shopping and eating
places that will provide our community with greater self sufficiency

located in and around the county, as well as several colleges
and universities.
Crystal Cove is an open community
of over 100 beautiful homes. The second phase to our community
completed over 3 years ago. The Crystal Cove Community is governed
by a Homeowners’ Association with a board committee. The committee’s
function is to preserve the condition of the community and to
facilitate the efficient administration of the development. By
doing this, they enhance the value of the homes and the overall
community. All home sites have a range of lot sizes and homes
have a minimum size of 2000 - 3600 sq ft.
Our community also provides a wide variety of shopping and entertainment
for the entire family. We also have the most popular names in
fast food establishments.
